There's nothing like an uninterrupted hour with someone who's been in the birth room hundreds of times.

This is your chance to sit down with me, just the two of us over Zoom, and ask the questions that have been circling in your mind. Maybe you're early in planning and don't know where to start. Maybe you've gotten ten different opinions and want one honest, judgment-free answer. Maybe you simply want to talk it all through with someone who knows how birth actually unfolds — at home and in the hospital, in the calm moments and the complicated ones.

We'll work through your options together, talk honestly about your choices, and build a plan to help you feel grounded, informed, and genuinely prepared walking into your birth.

Why me: I've supported 200+ births — as both a birth doula and a midwife's assistant, with families birthing at home and in the hospital — and I've had four babies of my own. I've spent years in birth spaces learning how it all really works. This hour is your shortcut straight to that experience.
